A UK university in Bangor is seeking two part-time Receptionists for their Management Centre. Responsibilities include managing front desk duties, greeting visitors, and handling communications. Candidates must have prior customer service experience and a minimum of four GCSEs, including English and Maths. The ability to speak Welsh is essential, as it will be regularly used in the role. Receptionist (Part‑time) x 2 (Ref: BU03908)– Grade 3: £23,815‑£23,881 pro‑rata plus 50p per hour supplement.
We are inviting applications for two permanent part‑time Receptionists, working 16 hours per week in the Management Centre Reception department.
The successful candidate will be expected to commence as soon as possible.
Ability to speak Welsh confidently is essential for this post (e.g. speaking to staff and students, answering phone calls, dealing with urgent enquiries in Welsh).
Welsh speaking will be used on a regular basis.
