Part-Time Clinic Receptionist (Luxury Aesthetics)

A prestigious, doctor-led medical aesthetics clinic known for providing discreet, high-quality, and luxurious beauty and wellbeing treatments is seeking a professional and warm Part-Time Clinic Receptionist to join our dedicated team.

This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless, welcoming, and confidential experience for all our valued clients.

The Role and Responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for clients, managing the reception area and providing essential administrative support to our practitioners.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Management: Warmly greeting clients, handling check-ins and check-outs, and managing client confidentiality with the utmost professionalism.

Appointment Scheduling: Expertly managing the clinic diary using an electronic appointment booking system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency for all consultations and treatments.

Administrative Support: Processing payments, managing incoming and outgoing calls and emails, and maintaining a tidy and luxurious reception environment.

Client Experience: Answering client queries about treatments and services, providing exceptional customer care, and ensuring waiting clients are comfortable.

Working Hours

This is a part-time position with fixed and flexible commitment requirements:

Fixed Shifts: Thursday and Friday afternoons, 13:00 to 18:00 (5 hours each day).

Weekend Commitment: One Saturday per month, 10:00 to 15:00 (5 hours).

Holiday Cover: Must be available for occasional cover during team members' holidays (hours may vary).

About You

The ideal candidate is highly polished, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Essential Requirements :

Proven experience working in a reception or front-of-house role, ideally within a luxury, medical, or aesthetics environment.

Demonstrable proficiency in using electronic appointment booking or diary management systems (please mention systems used in your application).

Exceptional telephone and in-person communication skills with a professional demeanor.

A strong commitment to client confidentiality and providing a discreet service.

Reliable, punctual, and able to manage a busy reception desk independently.
