Overview

We're looking for a polished, proactive, and personable Receptionist & Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our 120-person London office. This isn't your typical "answer phones and book meeting rooms" role – you'll be the face of our business, the problem-solver people turn to when things need sorting, and a key player in an exciting chapter of our company's growth.

What You'll Be Doing

The Front-of-House Essentials:

  • Be the welcoming face and first impression for clients, visitors, and the team
  • Handle incoming calls and enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Manage post, parcels, and deliveries
  • Keep reception and communal spaces looking sharp and inviting

The Behind-the-Scenes Magic:

  • Own the day-to-day operations – think office supplies, service providers, meeting room coordination
  • Anticipate problems before they happen and solve them with minimal fuss
  • Support cross-departmental admin needs with efficiency and a can-do attitude
  • Plan and execute monthly office events that people actually look forward to

The Exciting Bit – The Office Move:

  • Contribute to consultation, planning, and implementation
  • Work alongside leadership to ensure a seamless transition with minimal disruption
  • Help design and organise our new workspace from the ground up
