This is a fantastic role for a polished, proactive, and engaging individual who enjoys being at the centre of office life — ensuring smooth operations and a warm, professional welcome for all visitors.

THE ROLE:

this varied position combines front-of-house, office coordination, and light EA support. You’ll be the first point of contact for guests, help keep the office running efficiently, and support the wider team when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
