A finance company in London is seeking a Receptionist/Office Administrator to provide front of house support. The role includes meeting clients, managing bookings, and assisting with events. Working alongside one other on Reception and reporting into the Office Manager you will be a key part of the wider business support team. Providing classic front of house duties for a busy reception area and meeting room/event space. You will be meeting and greeting clients, colleagues from oversees and guests, managing meeting room bookings, scheduling couriers and very much act as an extension of the PAs and OM, assisting with events and additional duties ad hoc.
We are looking for someone who loves working as part of a team, who thrives at providing a first class service and building relationships.
It is essential that you have prior experience in a busy front of house role, ideally in a corporate setting or 5* hospitality.
