North House Surgery is a busy GP practice, and the reception team is central to its daily operations. The team provides frontline support for patients and underpins the work of clinical and management staff by ensuring effective communication, coordination, and data accuracy.

As a key administrative support unit within the practice, the reception team contributes to delivering a safe, responsive, and compassionate service to all patients.
