Are you a friendly and enthusiastic individual looking for a flexible role in the heart of London? We are currently seeking three dynamic receptionists to cover lunchtime hours across our various office locations. If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy meeting new people, and are willing to move between buildings, we want to hear from you! Bring your positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills to our team, and help us create a welcoming atmosphere for all.

You will play a crucial role in providing professional and flexible reception cover when our permanent representatives are on lunch. Your positive attitude, flexibility, and can-do spirit will create a seamless and welcoming environment for our clients and tenants.

Hours and Salary

£13.85 per hour

Role 1 – Monday to Friday 11am – 2.15pm – 3 sites

Role 2 – Monday to Friday 11am – 2.45pm – 3 sites

Role 3 – Monday to Friday 11am – 3.15pm – 4 sites

Key Responsibilities

Front of house reception:

  • Provide seamless temporary reception cover, taking ownership of the reception area and meeting clients' and tenants' expectations
  • Be the welcoming face of the building for the day by greeting and managing visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Represent key stakeholders with a knowledgeable and positive approach
  • Effectively manage couriers, post, and all deliveries
  • Conduct general administration tasks

Building Management:

  • Develop effective relationships with clients, agents, and contractors
  • Ensure the reception area is impeccably presented at all times
  • Maintain pristine vacant spaces available for viewing
  • Collaborate with property and facilities managers to ensure contractors carry out their duties effectively
  • Report and manage issues through the correct processes
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving

Additional Tenant Experience:

  • Read the local amenities file in the site notes to understand the area you are stationed
  • Be aware of the site's added value/promotional events and be prepared to support as required
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Positive attitude and a can-do spirit
  • Flexibility and adaptability with a strong team spirit
  • Calm under pressure
  • Understanding of excellent customer service delivery
  • Proactive with excellent communication skills
  • PC literate with the ability to learn new software and be socially media competent
  • Additional knowledge in building/facilities management is advantageous
