The Job

We are seeking a confident, polished, and service-oriented Front of House professional to be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This role requires an individual who can represent the firm with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a seamless and welcoming client experience. Responsibilities include managing the reception area, greeting clients and guests, coordinating meeting rooms and handling incoming calls and correspondence. The ideal candidate will be immaculately presented, articulate, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced professional environment.

The Role
  • Greet clients, visitors, and colleagues in a professional, courteous, and polished manner.
  • Manage the reception area, ensuring it is always immaculate and welcoming.
  • Handle all incoming calls and correspondence, directing queries appropriately.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, refreshments, and conference facilities.
  • Assist with mail handling, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain client confidentiality at all times, ensuring compliance with firm policies.
  • Build strong professional relationships across teams and provide exceptional client service.
The Person
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in an administrative or front-of-house position, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
  • A polished and friendly telephone manner, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Able to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach to work.
