A healthcare provider in London is seeking an energetic and friendly receptionist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have previous NHS Primary Care and EMIS experience, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. This role involves both front desk and back office duties, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient administration. The position is full-time, covering Monday to Friday from 0745 to 1830.

We are looking for candidates with previous NHS Primary Care & EMIS experience, good communication skills and the ability to multi-task.
The role includes both front desk and back office duties.
Hours by mutual agreement to be part of a team of six staff covering 0745 to 1830, Monday to Friday.
Receive, assist and direct patients in accessing the appropriate service or healthcare professional in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
Carry out administrative tasks relating to patient records, including filing, document management and ensuring patients can access reports, prescriptions and that they are easily accessible.
Give administrative support to the clinicians, practice manager and reception manager where appropriate and as requested.
Provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone.
Follow practice protocols to ensure consistent and high quality care is provided to our patients.
We have 3 GP Partners and a loyal team working to provide high quality patient care.
We are a Training practice for undergraduates, GPs and nurses, and are active in our PCN and Federation.
Our CQC rating is Good.
There are excellent transport links, including Kings Cross-St Pancras and Euston mainline train stations, Farringdon and Angel tube station within a mile of the practice.
