A leading NHS hospital in Bath seeks an experienced receptionist for the Gastroenterology team. Candidates should possess excellent clerical and communication skills to manage patient interactions efficiently. The role requires flexibility and adaptability, with some remote work possible. Experience in appointment scheduling and a busy environment is essential, while knowledge of the Cerner system is a plus. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
If you have excellent clerical and communication skills, and a friendly, polite and helpful manner then there is an opportunity for you to join the Gastroenterology team as a receptionist in our outpatient department. We are looking for an individual who has the ability to communicate effectively with patients, relatives and staff in this busy department.
Our ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable and able to work well under pressure. You would be required to be a team‑player and able to work alongside the other members of the reception team and all other colleagues within the department. We are also looking for somebody who would be able to do some remote working if the service requires this. If you think you have the qualities to fill this post then we would like to hear from you. Training and support will be given to the successful candidate.
