The Aspire Centre is a multi-faceted and corporate business centre located on the border of Welshpool and Victoria Park. We are looking for an experienced receptionist with administrative experience and accurate touch-typing skills to join our team.

About Us

We offer a range of services including serviced offices, virtual offices, boardroom and meeting room hire as well as secretarial/administrative and bookkeeping services.

We provide virtual receptionist services to a diverse range of clients, so attention to detail and a professional phone manner is essential.

Some of our clients have their own scheduling/booking programs that we utilise so you must have the ability and willingness to learn different software programmes including (but not limited to) ServiceM8 and Cliniko.

About the Role
  • Previous reception and high volume call experience is essential
  • Good knowledge of the Perth Metropolitan area is essential
  • Multi‑client reception experience is highly desirable but not essential
  • Have an exceptional phone manner which is both professional and welcoming
  • Have exceptional accuracy in recording all messages
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients arriving in reception, including offering tea, coffee & water
  • Assist with managing and set up for all boardroom and meeting room bookings
  • Administrative and secretarial support to both staff and clients using MS Office 365
  • Assist with looking after a range of general office administration tasks including stationery orders and looking after our coffee machine
  • Ensure a high standard of presentation of the office is maintained at all times
  • Although not essential, previous scheduling experience, especially for trades would be advantageous
About You
  • Minimum of 2 years recent experience
  • Accurate touch‑typing skills with a minimum 45 wpm
  • Intermediate to Advanced level of Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Tech savvy with willingness to learn multiple booking and scheduling programmes
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy of data input
  • Time management skills. The ability to multitask and prioritise duties
  • Must have a positive "can do" attitude, and strong ability to work as part of a team or independently as required
  • A recent graduate with a Certificate IV of Business and/or Diploma of Business will also be considered.
