About the Role

Our client an extremely successful financial Services company is seeking an exceptional Receptionist & EA to join their front‑of‑house team in a busy and dynamic London office. This role requires a professional and highly organised individual to manage reception duties, provide administrative support, and ensure the smooth operation of office facilities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment for both staff and visitors.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reception and Office Management:

  • Providing professional reception and telephone coverage, handling incoming calls and emails with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Welcoming and directing visitors, including clients and vendors, ensuring a professional front‑of‑house experience.
  • Managing conference room bookings, setting up and clearing meeting spaces, and coordinating AV facilities for office meetings.
  • Maintaining communal areas, pantries, and supply rooms, ensuring they are fully stocked and organised.
  • Liaising with building management for security and maintenance services and keeping accurate office records.

Administrative Support:

  • Assisting various departments with Executive Assistant tasks, including booking meetings and organising travel arrangements.
  • Supporting business events, staff engagement initiatives, and fundraising activities.
  • Coordinating catering for client and office meetings and assisting with weekly staff lunches.
About You

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail‑oriented team player with a strong ability to multitask and prioritise tasks efficiently. They will have a minimum of three years of recent, comparable experience in a front‑of‑house or administrative role, demonstrating outstanding communication skills across all levels.
