To act as the first point of contact for residents visiting the Digital Access Hub, ensuring they are welcomed, triaged appropriately, and routed to the right level of support self‑help, volunteer‑assisted, or adviser‑led.

The role is central to creating a safe, inclusive, and efficient environment for people building digital skills and confidence.

Collecting the information needed to produce statistics and record all key details for reporting.
