Temporary Receptionist/Concierge Host - London - 8.00am-5.00pm - competitive rates of pay

Our client in London is looking for a Receptionist/Concierge Host to provide a first class service to all guests visiting the company, ensuring the highest standard of care is provided.

Candidate Responsibilities:

  • To meet and greet all clients and visitors, offering a professional yet friendly greeting
  • Ensuring consistently high levels of customer service are being delivered
  • Responsible for checking meeting rooms in line with policies and procedures and assist staff with setting up Teams calls and the use of Clickshare
  • Conduct floor walks and report any maintenance faults, spillages and noting low stock levels in bathrooms & kitchen
  • Advise, assist and monitor desk usage using Condeco
  • Collate monthly and ad-hoc reports on service usage and services issues
  • Monitor housekeeping standards and ensure that all client areas are kept tidy and presentable
  • Other duties may be required as and when necessary
