A local music service in Bury seeks an enthusiastic Receptionist/Clerical Assistant for a part-time role, working 26.75 hours per week during term time. Responsibilities include providing front of house service and administrative support. Successful candidates will have relevant experience and be part of a friendly, supportive team. Bury Music Service are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated Receptionist/Clerical Assistant with an eye for detail and an excellent work ethic. We are looking for someone who enjoys working as part of a team to enable the smooth and efficient running of the service.
The hours of work are 26.75 hours per week, term time only (39 weeks), plus 1 week, to be worked in accordance with the service requirements.
Monday 3.00 – 7.45pm
Tuesday 3.00–7.15pm
Wednesday 3.00–7.15pm
Thursday 3.00–7.15pm
Friday 3.00–7.15pm
Saturday 8.15am -1.15pm

The salary for this post is £15292.70 which includes 4 weeks holiday pay (SCP 2 FTE £23,656).
As a term time only service, you can only take holidays when the service is closed. We follow Bury Council term dates.
You will be responsible for providing a welcoming, professional and effective front of house service to Bury Music Service, and providing administrative support and assistance to service managers and tutors.
Relevant experience is essential.
