Job Overview

Axess Sexual Health service is recruiting a Receptionist to support clinic operations across Liverpool. The role demonstrates electronic patient record (EPR) system use, basic patient triage, and outstanding customer service.

Location

The position supports the city centre and Garston sites: 
• Royal Liverpool Hospital 
• The Beat, Liverpool City Centre 
• South Liverpool Treatment Centre, Garston 
• Aintree Hospital (future expansion)

Schedule

Clinics operate Monday–Saturday up to 7 pm. Rotational shifts include 
• 8:30–16:30 
• 10:30–18:30 
• 11:00–19:00

Key Responsibilities
  • Check patients into the EPR system for appointments.
  • Provide telephone triage telephone triage and support basic patient triage.
  • Deliver excellent customer service across reception desks.
  • Assist with the integration of new clinic in the city centre and opening at Aintree Hospital.
Qualifications
  • Experience using Electronic Patient Record (EPR) systems.
  • Demonstrated ability in basic patient triage.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Current employee of one of the five LAASP organisations: Clatterbridge Centre, Liverpool Heart and Chest Hospital, Liverpool University Hospitals, Liverpool Women’s Hospital, Walton Centre.
