Position Overview

This post is potentially 37.5 hours per week or two posts of 18.75 hours and 19 hours. Hours will be discussed at interview.

Our ideal candidate will have experience of using Electronic Patient Record Systems, supporting basic patient triage, and excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be working various shifts across the Knowsley and Kirkby sites. Clinics are open Monday-Friday with a combination of booked and walk-in clinics. Locations & Shift Patterns

The successful candidate will be working across Knowsley/Kirkby sites. The successful candidate will be expected to work various shift patterns to cover the clinic opening times above over a 5‑day week (Monday‑Friday) to meet the needs of the service and will be discussed at interview. Possibility to split the full‑time post into two part‑time positions can be discussed at interview.

  • The Arch, Knowsley – Monday‑Friday between 08:30‑20:00 hrs.
  • St Chads, Kirkby – Wednesday 08:30‑13:00 hrs & 15:00‑19:00 hrs.
