Reception & Site Administration Support

Location: Swindon

Contract Type: Temporary (6-Month with Potential for Permanent Role)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 7:30 AM (37.5 hours/week, negotiable)

Hourly Rate: £14.35 (Approx. £28,000 annually)

Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

As a key front-of-house representative, you will ensure that every visitor feels welcomed while supporting the smooth operation of our site. Your professionalism and attention to detail will play a crucial role in our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Visitor Management
  • Greet and assist visitors with warmth and professionalism.
  • Coordinate with security for seamless site access.
  • Manage our visitor management system and keep accurate records.
  • Update the electronic noticeboard with welcome messages and announcements.
Travel & Logistics
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for staff and visitors.
  • Book taxis and airport transfers, adhering to travel policies.
Meetings & Events
  • Manage meeting room bookings, ensuring spaces are well-equipped and inviting.
  • Support coordination of site events and visits.
Communications & Documentation
  • Draft and circulate internal communications.
  • Prepare and bind logbooks, maintain statistical reports, and scan documentation.
Operational Support
  • Provide administrative assistance to the Site General Manager and Site Services.
  • Serve as a point of contact during the Executive Assistant's absence.
Procurement
  • Manage stationery supplies and liaise with suppliers for cost‑effective solutions.

Preferred Experience
