Our busy Emergency and Urgent Treatment Care Department is currently seeking Receptionists to work a variety of shifts. The administration and reception team provide vital support to our patients and clinical staff. If you have good communication skills, work well under pressure, have good clerical and keyboard skills and enjoy working in a team environment, are motivated and very flexible in your working patterns; then we would like to hear from you.

Qualifications
  • Good level of general education
  • Vocational Level 3 qualification in Customer Service / Management of Administration or equivalent knowledge base
Experience
  • Experience of clerical duties in office / administration environment
  • Experience in the use of IT / computer skills
  • Experience of working in the NHS or on a reception desk
Knowledge
  • Ability to respond to a range of people in a courteous and professional manner
  • To understand and be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to answer patients queries or know where to refer them
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office Software
  • Excellent communications in person, via telephone and written
