A local GP Training Practice in Swansea is seeking a motivated individual to join their reception and administration team. The role involves supporting clinical staff, undertaking reception duties, and providing administrative support in a busy environment. Candidates should have previous administrative experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft applications. This position can be full-time or part-time.
An excellent opportunity has arisen within our reception and administration team to support the smooth running of the practice. You will be working with an established team, supporting the clinical staff on a daily basis.
We are looking for a hardworking, motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertakinga wide range of reception duties and providing high quality administrativesupport to our practice team.
You will need excellent time management and administrativeskills and be familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Previousexperience of working within the NHS would be desirable.
The role is split into two roles, 15 hours per weeksupporting our reception team and 22.5 hours per week in our coding department.
Brynhyfryd Medical Centre is a GP Training Practice. We area purpose built health centre with community based services held at ourpremises.
You will be working with a team of GP's, PhysicianAssociates, Pharmacists in addition to the administration support from otherpractice staff.
The Practice aims to provide a high level of primaryhealthcare to the local community, with the emphasis on the family and theactive use of giving good medical advice to our patients that will empower themto both prevent illness and improve their standard of healthcare. It is ourintention to promote a healthier lifestyle and to work in partnership withpatients, families, community and service providers to involve them in decisionmaking and care provision.
This is a full time role but we would consider part-time or job share. Please see the supporting job descriptions attached.
