A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator in Nantwich. The ideal candidate will greet patients, manage appointments, and support clinical staff. Candidates should have GCSEs in English and Maths, along with experience in a healthcare setting. The role demands excellent communication and resourcefulness while maintaining patient confidentiality.
We are looking for a new receptionist/administrator, to work in our small, but unique GP Practice in Nantwich. Working as a member of the practice team demonstrating autonomy and initiative when required to. Be able to demonstrate resourcefulness, use own judgement, common sense and local knowledge to respond to patients' enquiries and requests.
Have excellent communication skills.
Tudor Surgery is a close-knit, cohesive practice with a friendly working environment, providing quality care via a proven record of innovation and adapting to change. Situated in the market town of Nantwich, South Cheshire, we share purpose-built premises with on-site community staff. We have a kitchen area for informal chats over hot drinks, a staff room for lunch and a meeting room for our regular clinical meetings.
Must ensure that the Data Protection Act is adhered to and stringent confidentiality is maintained at all times.
Will behave in a professional manner when interacting with all members of the public, staff, patients and external organisations.
To attend relevant educational courses/sessions which have been agreed by the reception supervisor and are both beneficial to the practice as well as the individual.
To have an understanding, acceptance and adherence to the need for strict confidentiality and be aware of the practice policy.
Maintain a tidy appearance during working hours and when representing the practice at meetings or courses.
Ensure you behave in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
