A busy healthcare practice in London is seeking a dynamic medical receptionist to manage patient appointments, handle queries, and collaborate with the clinical team. The role requires excellent customer service skills, computer literacy, and experience in a General Practice environment. A commitment to patient care and flexibility in duties is essential. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and flexible individual to join our reception/administration team. As well as being the point of contact for patients when booking appointments, you will also be responsible for handling queries and liaising with our clinical team. There is a real opportunity for development and growth for the right candidate with the right attitude.
We are a busy NHS practice servicing 21,000 patients. We are looking for an exceptional medical receptionist to join our established team.
We need someone with a sharp mind, eager to learn, willing to listen and wanting to help our patients. Team work, and working independently required in this role. An excellent level of english required.
Successful candidates will have excellent customer service skills, will be computer literate and want to work as part of an existing phenomenal admin team.
We offer a wide range of Primary care services, with Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacists Health Care Assistants Social prescribers, Paramedics and Physician Asssociates. Our receptionists are trained as care navigators to help the patients access appropriate care.
We have been shortlisted for Primary Care Team of the Year previously and this year have won a prestigious health Service Journal award for our services.

This job description is not exhaustive and you will be expected to participate in additional duties that are reasonably within the remit of such a post. Due to the nature of the work and the ever-changing demands of General Practice, you are required to be flexible regards the hours worked, as and when requested by your Line Manager or the Senior Management Team.
