We're looking for dynamic, compassionate, and highly organized individuals to be the first point of contact for patients, families, and clinical staff at our Minor Injury Unit (MIU) in Chippenham. As the heartbeat of our front desk, you'll be essential to creating a warm, welcoming, and efficient experience for all who walk through our doors. The MIU is open for walk-in patients and for patients who have contacted NHS 111 and have been advised to attend. In addition, the Reception Team provides comprehensive front-of-house support to patients, visitors, and staff across the hospital, maintaining high standards of customer care and contributing to the smooth and effective running of services.

We have a variety of different shifts available, including full and part-time likely to be anything between 08:00 and 20:00 Monday to Sunday.
