A leading motorsport company in Banbury is seeking a proactive receptionist to welcome visitors and handle administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a professional telephone manner. Responsibilities include answering calls, managing post, and supporting health and safety systems. Following an internal promotion, we are now looking for a proactive and professional receptionist who is undaunted by multitasking, enjoys being busy and is a skilled administrator.
Our working hours are 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Our ideal candidate will be customer service focused with a professional telephone manner. Confident and assertive, you’ll be comfortable handling situations and multitasking efficiently under pressure. Self-reliant, you will enjoy being busy and be confident picking up ownership of a variety of business processes. A positive and engaging approach to visitors is essential.
