Are you highly organised? Can you provide a high standard of customer service? We are looking for a part time Receptionist / Administrator to join Buckinghamshire College Group, based at our Aylesbury Campus (working days are Thursday and Friday).

Aylesbury Campus is a busy campus, which means a busy reception, and we are looking for a highly organised and confident individual who will be able to work alongside a busy team and work well alone. Our reception areas are the first stop for visitors to our campus, and we want them to feel welcomed and respected.

As a Receptionist / Administrator, the successful candidate will:

  • Provide an enthusiastic, professional and warm welcome to all visitors, students, staff and contractors.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Receptionists across campuses to ensure consistent and high-quality service
  • Manage a wide range of reception duties, including answering the busy switchboard along with administration tasks for the Estates team.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with the Estates maintenance and safety team.
  • Provide holiday cover for your counterpart to ensure continuous front-of-house service.
  • Support College wide events
