A prestigious independent girls' school in Aberdeen is seeking a part-time Receptionist/Administrator. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal and organizational skills while working in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include welcoming visitors, maintaining pupils' files, and various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be sympathetic to the values of our all through independent girls school. They will have strong interpersonal skills as well as having the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast paced front office environment. They will have strong organisational skills, be proactive, have a can-do attitude along with having a flexible and adaptive approach to tackle challenges with a positive mindset.
The Receptionist/Administrator is a part time permanent job share role (Thursday, Friday, Monday Tuesday and Wednesday, off 5 days then back the following Thursday, Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday). The role would be on rotation with our current receptionist/administrator.
