A large healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to support a busy Sexual Health, Contraception and HIV department. This full-time role (37.5 hours per week) demands excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a proactive approach to tasks. We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic administrative assistant/receptionist to provide reception and administrative support to a busy Sexual Health, Contraception and HIV department for 37.5 hours per week. Working as part of a friendly admin team you will have excellent communication skills and be able to work calmly under pressure using your own initiative, with an ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines.
The post would be based at The Hathersage Centre and travel across Greater Manchester to our spoke clinics is required. The post holder will work Monday - Saturday on a flexible rota basis.
