Job summary

St Clare's School is seeking a proactive receptionist/administrator to ensure a welcoming, professional experience for visitors, parents, and carers. You will manage sign-in, safeguarding, and vital administrative tasks across attendance and student records.

The role requires strong communication and organisation, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. School experience is desirable, and confidentiality is essential.

  • Be the first point of contact for visitors, parents, and carers.
  • Manage reception duties including visitor sign-in and safeguarding protocols.

  • Liaise with parents and external agencies, supporting communication across the school community.
  • Assist with admissions, breakfast club administration, and school events.
