THE EMPLOYER IS: SHANTALLOW COMMUNITY RESIDENTS ASSOCIATIONThe Receptionist / Administrative Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the office. This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, while also providing administrative support to management and team members.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls and emails.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Prepare and format documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
  • Support internal communication and coordinate office activities and events.
  • Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Manage filing systems - both physical and electronic.
  • Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to executives and team members.
