A progressive educational institution in the UK is seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist/Administration Assistant to support high standards of learning and create a nurturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess good literacy and numeracy skills, excellent MS Office proficiency, and strong organisational abilities. This term time only role offers a welcoming and supportive atmosphere with opportunities for professional development.
Required: As soon as possible
8.30am-4.30pm Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
8.30am-4.00pm Tuesday (subject to change each year – decided by the Principal)
Support Staff Scale Band C, full time equivalent salary range £25,185 - £29,540 but after pro‑ratio £22,195 - £26,033

Right now, we are seeking a motivated, flexible and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to work as part of our dedicated Administration Team, who is committed to supporting our high standards of learning and teaching for our learners as well as creating a nurturing environment within which everyone can reach their full potential.
Requirements: Good literacy and numeracy skills to GCSE Grade 4/C (or equivalent), excellent MS Office, organisational and interpersonal skills.
