A leading educational institution is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist at the Academy of Sport and Wellbeing in Perth, Scotland. £26,351 - £27,114 per annum, pro rata
UHI Perth is one of Scotland’s leading Colleges of Further and Higher Education, and a large partner in Scotland’s newest University, the University of the Highlands and Islands.
We are seeking to appoint a receptionist who will play a key customer service role within the Academy of Sport and Wellbeing (ASW) building at UHI Perth. The successful candidate will be required to be flexible and work as and when required. ASW is open from 6.45am till 10pm Monday to Friday and 7.45am till 8pm Saturday and Sunday. The hours would be agreed in advance.
You will be part of the team at the forefront of our sport and wellbeing facility providing a professional, customer focused reception service. As the first point of contact, you will be expected to deliver a service which is friendly, welcoming, and informative to all customers.
The role of Receptionist is to undertake a range of front of house duties including administrative and financial tasks which ensure the efficient running of ASW. It is vital that you are highly knowledgeable about all our services and are able to respond in detail to customer enquires or to sign post customers to wider members of the team as required.
