Job summary

Are you an experienced Receptionist with a customer focused approach? Then we could have just the role for you. We are looking for someone to join our team full time, 37.5 hours per week on a fixed term contract for a 9 month to cover maternity leave. Shift patterns are shared across the three receptionists who cover the opening at 06:45am through to 18:00pm. Shifts are scheduled Monday to Saturday.

Our focus at all times is on ensuring that our patients receive high quality treatment quickly, in clean and comfortable surroundings. Main duties of the job

Supported by our Administration Team Leader, you will be part of a professional and experienced team providing a patient focused administration and reception service, supporting the clinical team within the hospital.

About us

You will have previously worked in a similar role, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and good computer skills. Key to this role is your ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, your understanding of information governance and your ability to work flexibly within the needs of the service.
