Job summary

Hazelmere House Care Home in Wilmslow is seeking a Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will handle inquiries, provide face-to-face and phone support, and conduct show-arounds to showcase the home.

The role is part-time (Fri, Sat, Sun, 9am–5pm) with a salary of £13.30–£14.30 per hour, experience-based. Join a team focused on person-centred care and resident well-being.

You’ll help us make health happen by:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:
  • You’ve worked as a Receptionist before with experience in providing excellent customer service, you'll have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone.
  • You’re approachable and organised and have the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families and internal teams.
