A healthcare provider in Trowbridge is looking for a Practice Receptionist to handle patient queries, manage appointments, and contribute to a friendly team. The role requires good customer service skills and the ability to multitask in a busy environment. Available hours include options for part-time (16 hours x 2) or full-time (32 hours). Trowbridge Health Centre currently have a vacancy for a Practice Receptionist working across both our sites.
Apart from the obvious aspects of the role – answering the telephone, dealing with queries from patients at the front desk and making appointments, the role involves so much more. You will be IT literate, well organised, possess the ability to multitask, problem solve and work as part of a wider multi professional team.
We are recruiting for either 2 x 16 hours per week or one 32 hour per week receptionist. (Please state in application which option you are applying for).
We are open between 08.00 and 20.00 Monday – Thursday and 08.00 – 18.30 Friday and applicants will need to be available to work between these hours. Hours will be discussed at interview.
Salary: £12.51 per hour
