Working Pattern

Monday-Friday 2pm-7pm

OCS is recruiting a Receptionist to join their team. The successful candidate will be part of a passionate and driven team, delivering exceptional customer service in a busy and professional environment.

As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting clients and staff with a focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Manage reception processes, including issuing visitor and contractor passes and ensuring proper sign-in procedures.
  • Handle incoming calls efficiently and assist with customer enquiries.
  • Oversee meeting room bookings and support event logistics, including room setup and customer assistance.
  • Perform mailroom duties and support building health and safety procedures as required.

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience in a high-profile Reception or Front of House role is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong customer service skills with excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and professional presentation.
  • Must be able to obtain DBS, BPSS, and SC clearances (processed and funded by the business).
