A leading luxury elderly care provider in Nuneaton is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Advisor to manage reception and support admissions. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a professional telephone manner, and at least two years of customer service experience. As a Receptionist at Avery Healthcare's Nuneaton location, you will be responsible for providing a positive and welcoming public image at the first point of contact, both in person and by telephone. Your duties will include managing the reception area, supporting with show rounds, actively following up and managing sales enquiries, and assisting the Home Administrator as required. To be successful in this role, you should have effective interpersonal and professional telephone skills, be computer literate, and demonstrate a positive attitude towards residents and visitors.
Shift Details: Two week rolling rota, includes alternate weekends.
