Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative and secretarial services for the Operations Team, including supervision of reception and admin staff and delivery of administrative functions in line with policies and procedures, providing supervision and support to the office administrative team.
  • Support the team with management of information gathering, undertaking enquiries as and when necessary, and preparation of complex documents, presentations and correspondence.
Qualifications

NVQ Level 3, relevant certification, or equivalent experience.
