Job summary

Bupa Leominster Care Home is seeking a Part Time Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors, handling enquiries with warmth and providing friendly, professional support during 9am–5pm two days a week across Monday to Sunday. The role contributes to a caring, person-centred environment in Leominster.

The successful candidate will support the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties, maintain paperwork and filing, and help deliver a high standard of service to residents

Qualifications

  • Receptionist experience with excellent customer service.
  • Friendly, approachable and well organised with the ability to build relationships with residents, families and teams.
  • Caring attitude underpinning all actions to make a real difference to people’s lives.

Receptionist (Part Time)

Leominster Care Home, 44 Bargates, Leominster, HR6 8EY

Salary: £13.10 - £14.10ph dependent on experience and qualifications

Contract: Permanent contract. Part time 16 hours pw. 9am - 5pm 2 days a week across Monday - Sunday

You’ll help us make health happen by:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors to the home

  • Conducting show‑arounds within the care home
  • Supporting the Home Manager and Administrator with clerical duties such as maintaining paper work and filing
  • Dealing with enquiries in a timely manner and ensuring daily and weekly tasks are completed
Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

You’ve worked as a Receptionist before with experience in providing excellent customer service, you'll have a friendly manner both face to face and over the phone. You’re approachable and organised and have the ability to build strong relationships with our residents, their families and internal teams. Dedicated and efficient with an ability to handle a varied workload, but importantly, your caring attitude underpins everything you do - to make a real difference to people’s lives.
