Are you a warm and professional people-person with great organisational skills and a love of providing excellent service? At Haulfryn, we create exceptional holiday experiences and we're looking for a Receptionist to be the friendly face of Finlake Holiday Park, welcoming guests, supporting the smooth running of reception, and ensuring every visitor has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome to all guests, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
  • Handle and relay messages via phone, email or face to face, ensuring all communications are passed to the relevant departments.
  • Check guests in on arrival, delivering 5-star customer service from the moment.
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure guest needs are met quickly and efficiently.
  • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness for the safety of our guests and colleagues.
  • Support with general administrative duties, including paperwork, reporting and front-of-house organisation.
  • Deal with complaints professionally, escalating where appropriate to ensure a swift resolution.
  • Maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area and ensure office supplies are stocked.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years experience in a customer-facing or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer care instincts, with a calm and efficient approach to problem-solving.
  • Great attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and booking systems.
  • A flexible attitude to working weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.
  • Initiative and professionalism, with a helpful attitude at all times.
