We are currently recruiting for the role of Receptionist to be based at our Coventry University London Campus. You will contribute to the effective operation of Coventry University London by providing a reception service for students, staff and visitors across two sites. The post‑holder will provide an excellent customer service and will assist with clerical work, hospitality and event services. This is the first point of contact for all students and visitors to our Campus.
Working as part of a team, you will provide a ‘First Response’ service to staff, students and external customers across one main site and an additional site if needed or requested. This could be in person, by telephone, e‑mail or Internet taking prompt and effective action.
You will implement and maintain systems, deliver processes and procedures that support our high standards of customer service while ensuring all Group policies and Health and Safety guidelines are always followed.
This role will play a key part in maintaining our databases, filing, and archiving documentation so confidentiality and full compliance with all data protection laws are essential in this role.
You will have proven experience in customer service within a high performing, customer focused environment. High levels of communication skills, both verbal and written with the ability to relate to people at all levels with courtesy and professionalism are key in this role.
Excellent attention to detail, competent on all Microsoft Office Packages, a flexible approach to work with the ability to work collaboratively and as part of a team.
