Oblix at The Shard in London is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to greet guests, manage bookings and coordinate front-of-house operations on a fixed term contract.

You will thrive in a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment, uphold service excellence, and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere from arrival to departure. Prior reception experience in upscale venues is preferred.

• Previous experience as a Receptionist in a high-end, fast-paced restaurant.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Receptionist – Oblix at the Shard

Located on the 32nd floor of The Shard, Oblix is a sophisticated, contemporary restaurant, split across two different spaces offering views across central London from East to West.

Oblix West is a refined, urban dining space with open fire dining and a modern menu, where the cuisine matches the view

Oblix East offers diners an eclectic mix of innovative dishes along with award-winning cocktails and afternoon tea.

About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Receptionist to join our vibrant team at Oblix at The Shard. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will embody our passion for exceptional hospitality, ensuring every guest enjoys a warm, memorable experience from the moment they arrive.

Our Receptionists are dedicated, hands‑on, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, all while upholding Oblix’s renowned high standards. Full of personality and professionalism, you’ll inspire your team to deliver the outstanding service and seamless guest experience that define us.
