As a Receptionist at The Cadogan you will join our fantastic Front of House team who look after each other, our amazing property and our guests.

Primary Responsibilities Include
  • Guest Services & Support: Greet guests warmly, manage check-ins/check-outs, and provide comprehensive information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
  • Reservation & Communication Hub: Handle all aspects of guest reservations and act as the primary point of contact for phone calls and inquiries
  • Problem Resolution & Satisfaction: Address guest complaints promptly and courteously to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction
  • Administrative & Financial Accuracy: Process payments, manage cash transactions accurately, and assist with administrative tasks like record-keeping
  • Operational Excellence & Teamwork: Maintain a clean and organised reception, coordinate with other departments for seamless service, and adhere to hotel policies, procedures, and health/safety guidelines
