The role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern. You will greet patients and visitors, handle enquiries, manage information confidentiality and contribute to a courteous, professional environment.

We have an opportunity for a Receptionist to join their team of staff.
This is a full time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required tocover a flexible shift pattern.
Duties of this role include:
You create a warm, welcoming and professional environment for all patients, visitors, colleagues and external stakeholders.
You greet and assist patients and visitors, responding to enquiries and providing clear information, directions and guidance as required.
You maintain effective communication with departments and stakeholders to support the smooth running of reception and administrative services.
You act as a point of contact for facilities teams, contractors and external visitors, ensuring enquiries and requests are managed efficiently.
You maintain confidentiality and Data Protection standards at all times, ensuring patient, employee and company information is handled securely and appropriately.
You promote and maintain a professional image of Circle Health Group, demonstrating excellent customer service in every interaction.
