Job summary

sk:n in Glasgow is seeking aReceptionist to join our friendly team at the Glasgow Clinic. You will cover the reception, take messages, and provide administrative support to the Manager while maintaining stock and handling general duties.

The ideal candidate will be confident, professional and possess strong organisational and communication skills, with a commitment to confidentiality and discretion at all times.

• Covering the reception area, maintaining a priority for incoming calls at all times
• Take clear and concise messages
• Communicating all messages promptly and accurately
• Provide administrative support to the Manager
• Maintain stationery stocks and oversee the ordering of new supplies
• General reception duties as and when required
