Hourly rate and hours per week: 30 Hours Per Week / £12.50 Per Hour

We have 60 accommodation rooms at the hotel. Adaptability is key, as you will need to adjust the way you deal with customers based on the event they are holding.

What will I be doing?

As a Receptionist , you'll be the welcoming face and voice of our organisation, providing essential administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of our front‑of‑house operations. This is a fantastic chance to develop excellent communication, customer service, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greeting and assisting visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls, directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Handling mail, deliveries, and couriers.
  • Using booking systems for accommodation and our restaurant.
  • Performing general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.

Someone who is organised, detailed with a can do attitude. The role involves dealing with people in there highest and lowest moments, being personable is key! You also need to want to enjoy your time with us!
