About Our Client

Our client is a large organisation operating in the Consultancy industry. Their London office is part of an international network, yet maintains a close-knit feel. The company prides itself on excellent service, which extends to its employees, and fosters a supportive and inclusive culture.

Job Description

  • Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Assisting in the coordination of meetings and events
  • Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department
  • Maintaining a tidy and professional reception area
  • Managing mail and courier services
  • Liaising with other departments and external suppliers
  • Rota consisting of: 7am-4pm or 10am-7pm; different shifts inbetween these times
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful Receptionist should have:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A professional and friendly demeanour
  • The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
