Job summary

Avon Dental Practice in Christchurch (BH23 2JX) is seeking a friendly Dental Receptionist to join our team for 16 hours per week. You will greet patients, manage appointments, process payments, and maintain accurate records.

This role starts with a supportive, patient-focused environment within the Rodericks Dental Partners network. You’ll work closely with dentists, nurses, and the practice manager, with opportunities for training and progression across our network.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable.
• Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
• Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records.
• A team player who thrives on helping others.

• Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
