Overview

Our client HM Courts & Tribunals Service (HMCTS) is an agency of the Ministry of Justice. • Location: Peterborough
• Salary: £12.21 per hour
• Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Thursday, 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM and Friday 8:45 AM - 5 PM
• Additional info: The successful candidate will be required to work a late shift on a rota basis (Tuesday or Thursday), from 10:30 AM - 6:45 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Proficient in IT and Microsoft Software packages
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to react quickly and professionally when needed
• Deal with general queries from people on Probation attending the office to see their Officers
• Manage inbound and outbound calls from people on Probation or prisons wishing to speak to Officers
• Booking people in for appointments
• Refunding travel fare
