A healthcare organization in Camberley is seeking a patient liaison officer to facilitate communication between patients and the Primary Health Care Team. The ideal candidate will manage telephone inquiries, assist with patient registration, and ensure smooth operations within the practice. A minimum of 4 GCSEs including English and Maths, along with experience in a healthcare or office setting, is required. This role is pivotal for maintaining a positive patient experience within the healthcare system.
To provide a point of contact for patients. To facilitate effective communication between patients and the Primary Health Care Team and to promote a positive image of the practice to its patients and service users.
