• Work with the receptionist team to ensure smooth running of all functions.
• Support the Brasserie manager and duty manager in the operation.
• Allocate tables in the most efficient way to maximise bookings.
• Greeting customers in a polite and efficient manner.
• Flexibility is a must; hospitality service can't wait during weekends and evenings!
